Def not worth $1.99

I had already made my own wallpaper with emergency contacts prior to this app. so this app doesnt do anything new for me. I was hoping info such as allergies, blood type, medical conditions... Etc, could be accessed even if phone is locked. Cant. Therefore this app is pretty useless. You can type all the stuff in "note", and take a screenshot to use as a wallpaper if you really wanted. $1.99 is a rip off.
