Not perfect but best Ive found

It was easy to set the info I wanted on my lock screen. Did not have to pay anything extra. I would like more than one emergency contact though and Im not crazy about allowing access to my contacts when I could easily type in the names and #s of my emergency contacts. I like the look though. Overall pretty pleased.
